This Saturday: Billy & The Kids At The Warfield

Bill makes his long awaited return to San Francisco’s legendary venue, The Warfield Theater, home of so many epic Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia Band shows. From returns to new beginnings — this show also marks the SF debut of Billy & The Kids on Saturday, April 9. The “Kids” consist of Aron Magner (Disco Biscuits), Tom Hamilton (Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, American Babies) Reed Mathis (Tea Leaf Green)and special guest Eric Krasno (Soulive, Lettuce). These are the next generation of musicians that will take the ethos of group improvisation, originally pioneered by Bill and advance it for the next generation.

Great show! Seats in the upper balcony, basically front and center. one of the better 'cover bands' you'll ever see. :D
