    This is unfair
I did not even know who the dead where until the news of Jerry's paasing flashed acrossed the MTV screen! Since that time, i have become a dead fan, though I can't stand a bad show (no matter the artist). I can overlook the drugs to a point, but when it interferes with the music, it's time to reevaluate your priorities. Since I never attended a dead show, my first live recording was The Best of the Dead ( the black album with the demonic skelaton). i was hooked. Since then I consider myself a fan of the dead. I do get the music, the vibe, and the spirit of the dead and "the hippie hopefulness." Just because some of us never attended a show, don't under estimate out/ my allegiance. ANyway just wanted to add my 2 cents!!
