Tapers Section By David Lemieux

Welcome Back to the Tapers’ Section, where this week we have Grateful Dead music from 1970, 1974 and 1990.

Our first selection is this great, unique sequence from 2/28/70 at the Family Dog in San Francisco, where we have Alligator > Drums > The Other One > Mason's Children > Turn On Your Lovelight, Uncle John's Band.

Next is the end of the first set (the first song here) and the start of the second set from 2/22/74 at Winterland, the first night of a three night run to start 1974: Playing In The Band, Tennessee Jed, Me And My Uncle, Ship Of Fools, The Race Is On, China Cat Sunflower> I Know You Rider.

Lastly this week is the bulk of the first set minus the first two song from 2/25/90 in Oakland, featuring Little Red Rooster ; Stagger Lee ; Queen Jane Approximately ; The Last Time ; Cassidy ; Deal.

Be sure to join us here next week for more music from the vault.
