    started by dstache 3 discs, most of the circulating shows from the year (I had problems with some shows from Disc 4 so hopefully I can entice Wilbags to resend me those shows, and maybe another year, and include them on a later vine). I've listened to the first half dozen shows and spot-checked the rest. If you only want the absolute best sounding shows from the year, just copy the 2 star shows. If you want more, also copy the 1 star shows (and I recommend you do so). If you are a completest, copy the 0 star shows too :) As an aside, these is a hilarious 45 minute interview with Jerry, John Kahn and Donna (Buzz says just about nothing) on the 3/11 disc. 2/18 ** 2/19 * 3/9 * 3/10 * 3/11 ** 3/12 * 3/14 ** 3/16 3/17 Early & Late ** 3/19 ** 3/22 6/11 6/18 ** 8/12 * 10/7 * 10/8 * 10/10 AUD * 10/10 SBD (partial show) ** Thank you very much to Wilbags for sending me those shows. I've listened to everything through 3/16, the first zero star show. I listened to 3/16 today on my I-Pod through headphones and grade the sound quality as AUD B+\A-. I recommend the show too. The sound is very up front

I am through 6/18 now. I gave 6/11 zero stars but I grade it as AUD B+/A- and recommend it. The Midnight Moonlight is one of the better versions of a favorite song. Having listened to a bunch of the shows, I am surprised by how good Gomorrah is played night in and night out.

Wilbags has amazingly sent me a hard drive filled with JGB, not to mention other goodies, so in the coming months I will seed some more JGB years. I'm not sure what year I will start with (requests?), but I will include the missing '78 shows and the requested '80 shows as bonus discs. Thanks so much, Wilbags!

Once this reaches the 4th person I will post another JGB vine. I think I will do a year from the 80's, including the missing 78 and the requested 80 shows. We will do 76 (again?) after that. It will be fun to jump around a bit. Wilbags sent me just about everything so there will plenty of vines coming. :)

Nice to see the vine is moving along and that so many people have signed up. As I said last time, '83 will be next. There are a few shows that I have noted in my research that are in need of upgrades and our friend JSFC has graciously offered to help try and find some upgrades. But as I go along I am certain I will find more shows in need of upgrades, and I don't want to put more pressure on him, so if others with bit torrent capability can offer to help, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks!
