    A little rattled
I actually made it in to this show. The previous night was crazy...The cops started arresting people, and freaks up on the hill, started throwing beer bottles at the cops. It nearly became a riot, before the cops backed off. No camping???? Yeah right... I drove a van load of friends to Berkley from Sacramento after work Friday, and scored a ticket for myself for Saturday. I don't remember a whole lot of the first set, but Watchtower got my attention. The boys really lit up the crowd with "The Other One". No doubt one of my favorite shows from the '80s.

    ...indeed...that first
...indeed...that first Watchtower! ...it started as a low hum...and as it became clear where we were going the hum got louder and stronger...and then WE WERE OFF on another great ride...

Great day, and the excitement of the first chords of the first Watchtower was amazing! I remember years later a friend talking about the bond among the people who witnessed that.
