DSO Brings This Show To Life
I was 13 when this show happened, with only one Dead show under my belt. Not yet on the bus. But 38 years later I got to hear this show in it's entirety, courtesy of the Dark Star Orchestra last night in Napa, California. Really great energy, nice DSO-style improv, and a great show choice. Check out DSO if you get a chance.

"This is fucked up man this fuckin' film man!" guy
His name, as mentioned in the movie, is Sam Hughes. I actually read a post from someone in the Allman Brothers Band. com who knows him! (Circ. 2006). Sam was actually a Led Zeppelin fan first and foremost, though he did obviously like the Grateful Dead. Sam used to antagonize a lot of people, especially security guys at concerts. Sam is a San Francisco native. According to the guy who knew him, Sam was having health issues. I don't know what his current status is.

Is there anyone here, or does anyone know about any of the Heads in the movie. Does the "This is fucked up man this fuckin' film man!" guy own a copy of this on DVD? And what about the hottie dancing in the hallway during "Casey Jones" does she have a teenage daught that would be totaly embaressed by that. And what about the fellows in line out front? Where they on line for tickets, or were they waiting to get in because the shows were general admision? Check Out My Orignal Music at myspace.com/salaversano
