The New Haven show on 9/23/82 was my first show and the next night was also at New Haven. The list here as the next night in Syracuse, but that's not correct. I remember vividly going back to New Haven on the second night and standing at the doors as I heard the show begin, unable to get in because I had no ticket. The 9/23/82 show was the beginning of a beautiful ride that continues to this day. I remember more experienced heads talking about that "ashes ashes" song. Althea, the Wheel, the Other One, some wonderful moments.

    At the time
This show did not do much for me at the time, loved the wheel space mostly. As time goes on it means more to me maybe it's the sound of recording I have. Amazing tape of this show so many years ago . If anyone is interested check out the space into The Wheel. Long and ooooh so smooth. Happy Belated birthday Jerry I sure do miss you .

    Vagabond Brad
Man he was trouble. Smart smart. Ready for anything.Aggressive, greedy , with an aloof rational. He liked me around because he knew I wouldn't cross him. He got into a drug induced "harass the ticketless" vibe that night. Highway ramp full of people and blazing Brad letting them hear his trussed up opinions. A show in itself. To think I admired his panache.
